We process your Personal Data for the following purposes:

Where will your Personal Data be stored?
Personal Data may be stored and processed in the Netherlands, other EU countries, or — in limited cases — the United States.

  • HubSpot: processes form submissions and may store data in the EU and US.
  • Calendly: processes meeting scheduling data and may store data in the US.
  • Hotjar: processes website usage analytics (EU-based).
  • Google Analytics: processes anonymised analytics data (EU/US).

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure it is protected with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

For how long will we keep your Personal Data?

  • Non-contractual business relationship: up to 5 years from the last date of contact, unless legal obligations require longer retention.
  • Client under contract: for the duration of the contract and up to 5 years after termination, unless legal obligations require longer retention.

We retain data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes. If you would like your data removed before the end of a retention period, you can contact us (see details below).

What are your rights regarding your Personal Data?
You have the following rights under GDPR:

  • Right of access – to obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.

  • Hotjar: We use Hotjar to understand how users interact with our website and to improve user experience. Hotjar may collect information such as mouse clicks, scrolling behaviour, and anonymised usage patterns. Hotjar does not collect sensitive personal information.
